  My husband, kids and I went to Burger King located on 3500 South 5610 West
  W. Valley City, UT 84120 and order our meals and the person on the other end sounded really rude. We then proceeded towards the drive thru and we politely asked if we could add on something that one of our kids forgot and he flat out said NO!!! He was being very rude and the manager for that night shift was there with him and she did not seem to take over or was even able to help us. We left very unsatisfied and even forgot our drinks because of the unfriendliness we received that night and we no longer are regular customers of Burger King anymore. This BK doesn't deserve any rating! Don't go there and watch out for the angry bald man that sounds like he hates his job!

  On Saturday night, I visited burger king. My wife being 30 weeks pregnant was having cravings. I go inside because the drive thru was just insane. To start the lady behind the counter, just emotionless, not even a hey welcome to Berger king grin, or anything. I order the food for my wife, my son, and myself. I get our food. Go to my car and just go home. My wife's soda was only half way in the cup holder, in just the right way, it almost looked boobie trapped. My soda goes flying all around my car once I get on 35th. Making a ridiculous mess. I get home. All of our frys were half filled, our sandwiches were smashed and falling apart. My wife's whopper was like dipped in the jalapeno juice. It was soggy and nasty. I tried calling, to see if maybe my order could be replaced. I'm already angry at this point. On the other line, it sounded like the emotionless counter girl decided to play on the phone. I called the first time and tried to explaine the situation to her and half way thru, I was hung up on. I call back, and for three more times the phone is answered then, disconected.
  
  Not one crap was given about my order, or anything. The least amount of effort went in to my entire order. It is going to be a very very long time before I ever set foot on this establishments property. Everyone just save your money, it's not worth spending $30.00 in food, when smith's has a jar of jalapenos for a lot cheaper.

  The woman at the counter was courteous. We got our food quick and it was hot and fresh. The place was very clean, including the condiments area.
