  I've never had issues, and whenever there was a mistake they would give me another order for free. Some of the staff like Malik and Stephanie and super friendly, I go out of my way to come to this dominoes location.

  Couldn't use more than one of their coupons on the home page or it would delete the previous one. I am ordering for a family of 5 I wanted to use more of their coupons as it would not let me. I tried calling and was on recorded message for almost 47 minutes before I hung up. I eventually did what they are hoping you do and that was to order using one of the coupons and paying the regular price for the rest of my items When the pizza arrived everything looked amazing and was delicious. Salad was even kept cold. I would love to be able to access the other coupons to have a better savings so that we could order Dominos more often

  Awful customer service!!! I called in a delivery and the manager stated it would take 45 minutes. I live literally less than half a mile from there. Anyways I continued my order. Hour and a half later still no pizza. I called to check on the order and some guy just had a bunch of excuses but no real answer. I asked to speak with the manager who originally took my order. She was worse than the guy before her, not one time did she apologize for the pizza being already 45 minutes late! When I asked for a refund she asked "why do you feel like you deserve one" ummm because it's been an hour and a half and still no pizza. To which she replied "if you couldn't wait why didn't you come get it yourself". Is that any kind of way to speak to a paying customer? The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I know working at a pizza joint isn't a dream job. But hey, am I responsible for your life choices?!?! Rant over!

  I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. Order was placed at 6:08. Not put in the oven til 7:08, they said 32-36 minutes. Once the order thingy showed it was done we went to get it. My husband waited 30 minutes after they took our money, and still no pizza. We asked for a refund. Didn't even get an apology. Worst service ever.
